Our client, a busy professional with multiple residences, was in the process of selling one of his houses and was tasked with distributing the furniture to various other properties within the UK. Once this was decided, some possessions were also to be stored, and the remaining contents were to be cleared.
At the time of completion, our client was out of the country and therefore required a trusted contact to oversee and co-ordinate the process of furniture co-ordination, moving, storage and clearance within a tight timescale.

At the appropriate time we project managed the entire process by overseeing the clearance, arranging for items to be transported to the storage area, and ensuring the house was clear and tidy for the new owners, liaising with the estate agent at all times.
We ensured clear communication with our client and other involved parties to enable this process to proceed as smoothly as possible, and offered practical suggestions and a professional approach.
On a practical level, all required possessions and furniture were either successfully moved to a secure storage area, or were systematically cleared from the house ensuring the property was cleared and handed over to the Estate Agents according to timescales.
