The following 4 steps show how we work:
FREE Initial consultation & estimate: after your initial contact with us, we
will always start with a consultation with one of our Move Managers (usually at your home). This is a good time for us to get to understand your situation and find out what you
wish to achieve. This may involve a walk-through of your home, with your permission, to gain a better understanding of the work involved. We do not charge for this
consultation unless we are asked to carry out specific work outside the scope of the initial consultation.
We prepare your personal estimate:After the initial consultation we will provide you with a
written estimate which will list clearly the required services and a breakdown of the costs involved. Please bear in mind that many
fees in relation to a house move might be payable directly to the service provider (eg estate agent, removals company etc) – we will always make this clear on our estimate. If you wish
to go ahead we will then forward you further documentation (including our Terms & Conditions, etc).
We carry out the required
services: once you have received your paperwork and
returned the signed Letter of Engagement we can then work with you and your family members to co-ordinate the required services. Whether it be a move to a new home, or a home
re-organisation, we will be there every step of the way until you are happy that everything has been completed.
We maintain on-going communication:we always stay fully involved throughout the whole process - arranging meetings between you/your family and service
providers, confirming appointments, conducting follow-up calls and making sure things have been carried out according to your requirements.
